1 General Information and Introduction

ubaje is an online gaming platform operated specifically for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ubaje website, applications, and all services provided.

• Account credentials (password, login details) must not be shared with anyone else.

To ensure security and comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines, ubaje may request identity verification at any time. A copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license may be required. Failure to complete verification may result in the account and withdrawals being temporarily suspended.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility Requirements

The following individuals may not open an account or use the services on ubaje:

• Any person under the age of 21.
• Anyone who has legally committed to abstaining from gaming activities or has self-excluded.
• ubaje employees or their close relatives.
• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the ubaje platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Transactions must be made from the mobile number registered on the account.
• Always save the Transaction ID at the time of deposit.
• ubaje only accepts deposits from registered mobile banking accounts.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. The account must be fully verified (KYC) before submitting a withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met for bonus-related withdrawals.
• ubaje reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
• Tax-related obligations are entirely the responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ubaje offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to activate the bonus.
• The bonus amount can only be withdrawn after completing a 25x wagering requirement.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.

• It may not be possible to activate multiple bonuses at the same time.
• ubaje reserves the full right to grant or cancel bonuses.
• If bonus abuse is proven, the account may be closed.

6 Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

• Any form of cheating, hacking, or software manipulation is strictly prohibited.
• Using bots or automated software to play games is prohibited.
• Any form of collusion or coordination with other players is strictly prohibited.

• Any winnings resulting from a technical error on ubaje may be voided.

7 VIP and Loyalty Program

ubaje's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.

Tier levels are assigned automatically based on player activity. ubaje reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time. Cashback amounts that are not claimed within a specified period may be cancelled.

8 Responsible Gaming

ubaje will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages. The maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the disputed transaction in question.

12 Changes and Updates to Terms

ubaje reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes.

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
